The Hood Institute is a one-of-a-kind facility, specializing in 3-Dimensional areola tattooing and mastectomy scar camouflage. We partner with oncologist and plastic surgeons to offer restorative and artistic solutions to our clients who have undergone mastectomies due to breast cancer or gender transitioning. Given that the majority of women who undergo mastectomies choose to have breast reconstruction, our services act as the final step to that process. It is our mission to provide a personalize experince that encourages our clients to feel confident about themselves. Our #1 goal is to ensure our clients are treated with the utmost respect, care, compassion and dignity.

Our Services
3-Dimensional Areola Tattooing is the final step to those who have undergone masectomies, breast reductions, enlargements, lifts, top surgeries, or breast implant removal.
Stretch-Mark and Scar Camoflage is a non-surgical tattooing method that uses skin-toned pigments to disguise and conceal the appearence of stretch marks and/or scars by filling the areas that missing color.
Microshading is a semi-permanent process and our recommend method for clients who experience natural eyebrow hair loss or loss due to chemotherapy.
